Tulane is moving medical students from classroom to the kitchen


Here’s a report from CBS News on how Tulane medical school in New Orleans is moving its students outside the classroom and into the kitchen.

It is an effort by the school to prepare its students not just to be good doctors, but teaching them to include food in their routine conversations. This is a welcome change to the medical school course, and will likely be followed by other schools. Watch the video for the report..
